1. Processing & Handling Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-4 business days.
  • During peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, handling time may take an additional 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Time

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

  • United States: 4-13 business days

Please note: Delivery time varies based on your location, customs clearance, and courier processing.

3. Estimated Delivery Window

Your order’s total estimated delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Your tracking page will also show a dynamic delivery estimate based on real-time courier data.

4. Courier Delivery Requirements

Lighting products are fragile, and couriers may require someone to receive the parcel.

  • Please ensure you or someone at your address is available during delivery.
  • Couriers may contact you before delivery for confirmation, scheduling, or gate access.
  • If you miss the delivery attempt, the courier may:
    • Leave a notice
    • Attempt re-delivery
    • Hold the package at a nearby pickup point
    • Require ID verification upon collection

We are not responsible for failed delivery due to an unreachable or incorrect address.

5. Shipping Fees

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if the tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it:

Please contact us within 48 hours, and include:

  • Photos or video of the damaged packaging/product
  • Your order number
  • Tracking information

We will assist you immediately.

9. Incorrect Address

If the shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect:

  • We are not responsible for failed delivery
  • Additional reshipping fees may apply
